Last night I received a call from a friend. She called me to let me know that she gave birth to her little girl last Sunday. I was very surprised because I know she is not due until Sept. She then explained to me what happened. Her baby is such a tiny angel, she is 1lbs and 1oz and 11 inches long. As I listen to her stories, I can't help but get so teary eyed. I can feel her pain and worry. I know the Lord will take care of them. They are good people. The Lord knows them and all their righteous desires. Please include them in your prayers.

Memorial Day weekend!

We left Friday afternoon for Washington D.C. after work. I packed everything thursday night to make sure that everything is packed but still forget a few things and I hated that when it happens. Anyways, I was so excited though because this is Isabel's first time to go to Washington D.C. temple with us .

Greece

Today Blair left for Greece. Isabel and I dropped him off at the airport. As I watch my dear husband walked in the gate, I felf sad although this is not the first time we've been apart because of his job. This time though is different because we have a daughter and she is really attached to him. I love watching them play and although he will only be gone for three weeks, I will miss it A LOT!

Late this afternoon I was so upset because I had missed his call. He left a message and said he'll try to call us as soon as he get a chance. It reminded me exaclty on how I felt missing his calls when he was deployed a couple of years ago....it's such a terrible feeling knowing i can't return his call.

Anyways, I can't wait to see him again already.

Dinner

Blair and I invited Sheena and her boyfriend for Dinner tonight. They came before six, they played with Isabel as we're getting everything ready for dinner. We had some Lasagna, salad, and pandesal(filipino roll). They brought some roasted chicken and dessert. Dinner was great and we had a great time catching up with each other.

After Dinner, Isabel played with them. She is such a great entertainer. She kept the two love birds busy. Isabel is too cute, she loves playing with Sheena. She runs after her.

They left before 9:00pm then we put our little angel to bed.

Christmas Ornaments

Tonight I went to Sis. Angus' house, our Primary President. She invited me over to make some cute ornaments. It was so much fun. I made my first two Christmas Ornaments....with a candy cane and stars on my christmas balls. The candy cane is my favorite one. I can't wait to do the next step which is to put the picture and the ribbon around the edge and the hook. This is a great Christmas gift for family and friends. The process of making is not fast but it's very entertaining at least for me ;?)...I really enjoyed it. Next year, we are going to get together early so we can create more to give to family and friends as an early Christmas gift. I will post some pictures of the ornaments.

Isabel loves bath!

We gave Isabel a bath today and she loves it. It's so cute to watch her splash away in the bath tub and wearing a big smile....so pretty. I took a picture and here it is.... enjoy!

Bye Alaska!

Finally, the heater is working! We are now back in Virginia. Blair and Rey (a very good friend of ours) worked until 11pm tonight so that we could enjoy having some warm cozy home. We have been hanging out in our bedroom for sometime now. It will be nice to be somewhere else around the house and wont feel like we are being preserve like food...lol. Anyways, Blair and I are grateful for a friend like Rey! More blessing for him.
